The FAA is warning holiday travelers to be prepared for delays. Yesterday more than 50,000 flights took off from airports across the country. More than 49,000 are expected to be in the air today. Staffing shortages and inclement weather could be contributing factors to numerous delays. San Luis Obispo County Airport officials recommend arriving at least two hours before your departure time.
