One Of Dystiny Myers’ Killers Denied Parole

A third time was not a charm for one of the men convicted of killing 15-year-old Dystiny Myers in 2010. Now 35-years-old, Jason Greenwell was granted parole twice before by the parole board, but Governor Gavin reversed both decisions saying Greenwell posed an unreasonable danger to society if released from prison. The California Department of Corrections denied his latest attempt at parole. He’ll remain at San Quentin until his next parole hearing in three years.
