The Atascadero man who was critically injured during an altercation last week has died. The incident happened Sunday morning just before 2 a.m. Outside the Outlaws Bar. Police say, 30-year-old Lucky Thomas fell and hit his head when someone stepped in to break up the altercation. Hospital officials notified police that Thomas had passed away last Wednesday.
