A popular shooting range will be closing temporarily. The shooting range operated by the San Luis Obispo Sportsman’s Association has been operating under a contract with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. But an audit by the agency found SLOSA had not been in compliance with the contract for a number of years. Operations at the range will halt on December 31st until a new contractor for the facility is found.
