A pepper spray incident at a gym in Morro Bay has a Paso Robles man facing charges. Morro Bay Police say the incident happened just before 8 yesterday morning at the Fitness Works on Quintana Road. The building was evacuated of the 30 gym members and staff when they began coughing excessively, but did not know why. Surveillance video led investigators to 52-year-old Brent Peterson. His bail has been set at 20,000 dollars.
