The Santa Maria man accused in a fatally stabbing incident last September is waiting for a preliminary hearing. 34-year-old Andrew Rodriguez is accused of stabbing 39-year-old Jonathan Perez. His defense attorney says he has not received an autopsy report needed to help defend his client. According to the Tribune, The D.A.’s Office had also not received the report from the Coroners Office. The next court hearing was scheduled for January 6th. Rodriguez has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
