A San Luis Obispo man has been arrested on suspicion of rape. According to police, the victim contacted police in October saying she had been raped by 36-year-old David Quintero. Quintero, who was already under investigation for on suspicion of possessing child pornography was arrested on November 21st. He’s facing several felony charges and is being held in lieu of 400,000 dollars bail.
