San Luis Obispo Police caught up with a Washington man who violated his parole last year. 40-year-old James Hart was wanted for skipping out on his parole up in Washington. San Luis Obispo Police say they first made contact with Hart last month. He was cited for giving false information to an officer. He was later contacted last Wednesday and was arrested on a charge of felony false impersonation. He’ll be extradited back to Washington.
