San Luis Obispo Police say a local woman is facing several drug charges and a child endangerment charge. According to yesterday’s press release, 37-year-old Crystal Kulinski was arrested on October 25th during a probation check. She was allegedly in possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine. Child Protective Services took custody of her 6-month-old baby and was later found to have been exposed to meth and fentanyl.
