A new housing project meant for older adults broke ground in Paso Robles this week. The 413-home resort development for residents over the age of 55 will be arranged around a club space offering amenities such as a recovery and wellness area, outdoor gathering places, pickle ball courts, casual dining and bar, bocce, a resort and a pool, to name a few. Officials say the home will be between the upper 700,000 dollar mark to just over 1 million dollars.
