A San Luis Obispo man has been arrested following several cyber tips. San Luis Obispo Police say they received 15 separate cyber tips regarding suspected child abuse material. An investigation led police to 30-year-old Gavin Spannbauer. He was taken into custody last week after a search warrant turned up hundreds of files of the suspected material. He’s facing two felony charges. Police do not believe there are any local victims connected to this ongoing investigation.
