Ten families in Nipomo have reached the American Dream of home ownership. Thanks to training from People’s Self-Help Housing, the new Nipoians built their new two-story homes from the ground up. It took just over a year to complete. Since 1970 People’s Self-Help Housing has put more than 1,200 families in homes of their own.
