The Cal Poly community is mourning the loss of one of their own. Third-year computer science student Christina DeChalk passed away on Sunday. She was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. According to the Tribune, she is the second member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority to die within the past year. In an email to students and faculty, school officials encouraged students to connect with their social circles and communities for support. Counseling and psychological services are also being made available.
