San Luis Coastal Unified School District is planning to sell two former school sites. For more than two decades the district has been leasing the Morro Elementary School site in Morro Bay and the site of Sunnyside Elementary in Los Osos. District officials say the sites are no longer needed by the district due to a dramatic drop in enrollment. According to the Tribune, The Morro Elementary site is valued at more than 10 million dollars. The Sunnyside site is valued at just over 6 million dollars.
