TSA officers at the San Luis Obispo County Airport found a loaded gun in a passenger’s carry-on bag early yesterday morning. San Luis Obispo P.D. officials say the gun belonged to an on-duty officer who was on her way to Denver for an investigation. The officer meant to put the weapon in their checked baggage.
