Vandenberg Space Force Base officials say Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura County residents may hear some sonic booms later this afternoon. A launch of a Falcon 9 rocket that was scheduled for the weekend needed to be rescheduled for this afternoon. The launch window opens at 3:46.
