Residents in an Atascadero neighborhood are a little on edge following a couple of mountain lion sightings. According to KSBY, Doorbell cameras have recently captured at least one mountain lion roaming the Chauplin Avenue area. Neighbors say they’re keeping a closer eye on each other and their pets. Fish and Wildlife officials say they have had two reports of mountain lions in the past two weeks. Adding that if you do come in contact with a big cat, don’t turn your back on the animal, make yourself as big as possible, be loud, and even throw something if needed.
