A previously convicted felon has chalked up another felony conviction. According to the San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office, 47 year-old Rye Wardlaw was arrested last November for failing to appear in court. During a search of his backpack, officers found 55 live rounds of .22 caliber ammunition, but no gun. Last Week, Wardlaw was found guilty with an enhancement of being arrested while on bail. He’ll be sentenced early next month.
