Sentencing for a former San Luis Obispo County board of Supervisors candidate has been delayed. 55-year-old Michelle Morrow pleaded no contest to charges of filing a false declaration of candidacy and fraudulent attempts to vote in November. She was due to be sentenced yesterday, but her defense attorney successfully moved for a continuance. According to the judge, a new, and final sentencing date is April 7th.
