A Paso Robles woman is facing seven felony counts of animal cruelty after 40 cats were found dead in her apartment. According to KSBY, six live cats were also found in the apartment. The D.A.’s office says Laurie Bryant will be arraigned on the charges in the near future. She face a maximum of three years in county jail if convicted.
