A stolen car and missing dog were recovered late Friday night. Annie, the fluffy white 12-year-old Samoyed was in the back seat of the 2009 Black Honda CRV when her owner decided to get a coffee and some spices in Cambria. She left the car’s’ keys on the floor of the car. Then someone decided to take the car on a joy-ride. Eventually abandoning the car outside of Linn ‘s Restaurant on Main Street. A post on the SLO County News Facebook page and a sharp-eyed Linn’s employee got Annie back home. The CHP is investigating the incident.
