An Atascadero man, who police consider a repeat offender, was arrested Friday. Paso Robles Police spotted a reported stolen Nissan on Oak Street. During their investigation, officers learned that 41-year-old Ryan Dutra had parked the car and was inside a nearby home. When officers tried to make contact, Dutra fled but was quickly apprehended. He was booked on several charges including auto theft and an outstanding felony warrant.
