A Lompoc murder victim’s family is offering a reward in hopes of finding his killer. According to KSBY, 46-year-old Marcelino Madrigal was shot to death while he was in his tent in the Santa Ynez Riverbed on January 20. His family is offering a 5,000 dollar reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever shot and killed him. The investigation is ongoing.
