The San Luis Obispo County Health Department has announced 40,000 more County residents can now get the COVID-19 vaccine. Those moving to the front of the line include workers in education and child care, food and agriculture, and emergency services, along with those with certain high-risk medical conditions or disabilities and people providing in-home care to elderly or medically vulnerable residents. They can sign up for the first dose through the county’s vaccine appointment registry.
