A man released from the San Luis Obispo County Jail yesterday morning was back behind bars just a few hours later… 35-year-old Christopher Baccigaluppi was arrested over the weekend for being under the influence. He was released yesterday morning at around 8:30. According to KSBY, He flagged down a gig driver for a ride. After getting in the car, Baccigaluppi started hitting the driver and forced him out of the vehicle. He later abandoned the car in Morro Bay. He was located and taken into custody a short time later. He’s now facing charges of carjacking, elder abuse, and grand theft.
