A Lompoc elementary school has been temporarily closed following an outbreak of COVID-19. A letter notified parents of students at La Canada Elementary that three students had tested positive for the virus. School officials say they are working with public health, disease control, and a nurse investigator on the outbreak. Students are expected to return to class on April 12th.
