A former Atascadero bookkeeper is headed to prison. 43-year-old Joy Wilde pleaded no contest to 18 counts of embezzlement, two counts of forgery, and one count of attempted embezzlement. Prosecutors say Wilde had taken 877,123 dollars from her employer, Greg Wiemann Construction over three years. She’ll now spend the next 10 years and four months in state prison.
