A Santa Maria Murder suspect is behind bars this morning. Police say 20-year-old Erik Rocha was arrested while riding a bike on Donovan Road Saturday night just before 9:30. He was wanted in connection with the shooting death of Frankie Hernandez early Friday morning. Authorities are still unclear about what sparked the shooting.
