The Grover Beach City Council has cleared the way for an affordable housing project. The council gave the green light for a 52 unit complex to be built on Grand Avenue. If approved by the city’s planning commission, it would be the first Peoples’ Self-Help Housing and Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo project in Grover Beach.
