A judge dismissed a murder charge for a San Luis Obispo woman accused of shooting her husband to death. According to the San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office, Skylar Marshall was arrested in July 2020 for reportedly shooting and killing her husband. In April of this year, the judge ruled that there was insufficient evidence for a murder charge, but there was enough for a charge of involuntary manslaughter.
