Paul Flores’ defense attorney raised the question of any other possible suspects in Kristin Smart’s disappearance 25 years ago. They brought up Scott Peterson’s name because he was at the same party with his future wife and murder victim Laci. According to KEYT, they are hopeful to bring Peterson back to San Luis Obispo County to testify in the preliminary hearing. Former boyfriend’s names were also brought up, but the prosecution countered, saying those leads lead nowhere. The hearing is scheduled to resume this morning.
