A Lompoc man will spend nearly four years in federal prison for causing a fatal crash near Vandenberg Space Force Base. 30-year old Michael Culligan pleaded guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter. The crash happened in June 2020 Investigators say he was driving a stolen Jeep near the base while under the influence of drugs, killing one motorist and severely injuring another.
