A report released yesterday by the San Luis Obispo County Health Department showed a decline in active COVID-19 cases. In the last week, officials have recorded 147 new cases of the virus. Nine people have been hospitalized, with two in ICU. Health officials also reported another 10 county residents died as a result of the virus.
