An Honor Flight that left earlier this week to take 23 veterans to Washington, D.C. returned last night. Honor Flight Central Coast takes San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County veterans on an all-expenses-paid trip to the nation’s capital to visit memorials that honor their military service. When the vets landed last night, they were greeted with a re-entry celebration organized by Welcome Home Military Heroes.
