Election recount results for the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors District 4 seat are, so far, the same as the original count. That’s the word from the County Clerk Recorders Office. According to the Tribune, about 60 percent of the ballots have been recounted. Of the ballots counted, Lynn Compton trails Jimmy Paulding by 1,143 votes. The recount was requested by Darcia Stebbens and the SLO County Citizens Action Team. If the results turn out the same as June 7th, they will be required to foot the bill.
