Testimony in the Kristin Smart murder trial continued yesterday. Jurors heard from another cadaver dog handler and an Archaeologist. Philip Hanes told the court that he discovered an anomaly or disturbance under the deck of Ruben Flores’ home. He said he measured a 6 by 4-foot soil disturbance that was 3.5 feet deep. According to KSB,Y he also testified that he could not determine when the soil was disturbed. The trial resumes later this morning.
