Today marks the end of the 17th annual Operation Restoration. Organizers say many of these participants are veterans who lost limbs, were burned, have a traumatic brain injury or have PTSD, and have experienced the healing power of the ocean. AmpSurf partnered with The Wounded Warrior Project to put on this year’s event. Planning for the 18th annual Operation Restoration is already underway.
