A 30-year-old San Luis Obispo mother is headed to prison. In May of this year, Jennifer Niemann’s 3-year-old son died as a result of fentanyl poisoning in San Luis Obispo. She was arrested in San Diego on November 10th and charged with child endangerment resulting in death. Niemann pleaded guilty to the charge. Yesterday she was sentenced to four years in prison.
