Oceano residents forced to evacuate during recent storms are being allowed back into their homes. That’s the word from the San Luis Obispo County Office of Emergency Services. Yesterday, officials lifted an evacuation order, giving residents who live near the Oceano Lagoon and Arroyo Grande Creek Levee permission to return home. Officials recommend returning residents visit Recover SLO dot org to find instructions on “how to re-enter your home if you experienced damage, cleanup and recover resources, and information regarding possible financial assistance.”
