A traffic stop in San Miguel turned into a standoff last night. The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office says it started just before 7 O’clock when deputies attempted a high-risk traffic stop near the intersection of River Road and Power Road. Officials say the suspect, who is wanted for a crime, refused to exit his car. Currently, there is no other information regarding the suspect or why he was wanted by authorities.
