Santa Maria Police are investigating a fatal car crash that happened late last night. Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Railroad and Orchard just after 10 o’clock. Officers found one person trapped inside their vehicle. He would be pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
