Santa Maria police continue to investigate a shooting incident that sent two teens to the hospital over the weekend. Officers responded to Chaparral Street Saturday night at around 8 o’clock. They found two 17-year-old males with gunshot wounds. They were transported to an area hospital for treatment. Anyone with information about this ongoing investigation is asked to contact the Santa Maria P.D… Investigators are also asking neighbors with surveillance systems to contact the Police Department
