A Ring Camera caught something unusual in Pismo Beach Friday night. According to the Pismo Beach Police Department’s Facebook page, a medium-sized bear was spotted strolling through a backyard in the Pacific Estates area. Wildlife officials say black bear attacks are rare in California but can occur if the animal is startled or protecting its cubs. Remember to always give wildlife a wide berth and an escape route.
