Construction of a long-awaited hotel project will be getting underway in Grover Beach. Plans for the 130-room Springhill Suites by Marriott have been talked about, debated, and altered several times since 2007. The location of the hotel will be adjacent to Oxford Suites, east of the Five Cities Drive and North 4th Street intersection. Construction is scheduled to begin this month and should start accepting guests in early 2025.
