Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to a drowning incident yesterday near the Red Rock Recreational area in the Los Padres National Forest. A 21-year-old male went missing from a group of friends after he went in the water just after 6 p.m… He was eventually found and pulled to shore. First responders were unable to revive him. An investigation is ongoing.
