Lompoc Police say one of their officers witnessed two teens spray-painting gang-related graffiti on a wall of a business yesterday. The teens fled when they saw the officer. The officer gave chase, tasing one of them before taking them into custody. The officer also found the teen in Custody of a loaded 9mm privately manufactured firearm and a felony warrant.
