Concerned Morro Bay residents attended a wind energy meeting yesterday. One local environmentalist said he loves the idea of wind generators but called the proposed deep-water wind farm destructive. According to KSBY, others voiced concerns ranging from the cost to the city of Morro Bay, endangered otters, Housing impacts, and local fisheries. Another community workshop will be held on November 29th.
