At least three Santa Barbara County law enforcement agencies lost their 9-1-1 connections last night. The outage affected the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office, the Santa Maria Police Department, and the Lompoc Dispatch Center. According to Noozhawk, contingency plans went into effect when the problem was discovered. Officials say the outage is related to three service providers, Verizon, AT&T, and Frontier.
