The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an allegation of a physical altercation by Paso Robles City Manager Ty Lewis. According to KSBY, former mayoral candidate Michael Rivera claims the altercation happened earlier this month during a Homeless Strategic Plan Working Group meeting. He was filling in for another person in the group. Rivera claims the two had a couple of verbal exchanges before Lewis aggressively slapped him on the shoulder causing physical and psychological injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
