A Paso Robles cafe that has served breakfast and lunch since 1942 has closed for good. Vic’s Cafe on 13th Street closed its doors for the last time on Sunday. The owners of Vic’s say they were hit hard by COVID and downtown parking struggles. According to their Facebook Page, the owners decided not to renew their lease.
